Residential Projects Simply put, this is the bread and butter of The Rosebud Co. For almost thirty years we have specialized in working in owner occupied houses in the older neighborhoods of Atlanta, Georgia. And it has been this direct, one on one contact with homeowners that sets The Rosebud Co. apart from other wood flooring contractors. This relationship guarantees that our priorities have to be the same as the homeowner. Virtually all
our work has been coordinated directly with the homeowners and not
through third parties. This has put us in the unique position of
hearing and dealing directly with the most important person on-site,
the homeowner. We are acutely aware of the homeowners concerns over
the durability and maintenance of the finish as well as the environmental
conditions the work can create. Excessive dust and vapors from the
work can add considerable anxiety and stress to an already taxing
project. The Rosebud Co. now has enhanced vacuum systems on all
its equipment and our job site is cleaner than ever. And our preferance
for using state of the art waterborne finishes has all but eliminated
noxious vapors from the job site. These extraordinary coatings also
offer the most durable and easily maintained coating the wood flooring
industry has ever had. Homeowners are certainly looking for a high
quality product but they also tend to focus on long term issues
that often get lost in remodeling or new construction. The ease
and cost of maintaining a wood floor.very focused on the durability
and maintenance of the products being used. And in recent years,
their concerns and over a cleaner job with reduced vapors and fumes
from coatings have been rewarded. Contractors now have vacuum systems
available for their equipment that dramatically reduce the dust
levels to the point dust is no longer an issue. Also, the evolution
of waterborne finishes have not only given us a better work environment
by reducing vapors and fumes, they have given us a better product
